HR

The HR module provides registration of personnel data and employee employment relations, registration of wage and salary entitlements, the possibility of creating documents at the creation, change and termination of the employment relationship, registration of work experience and qualifications.

Allows electronic delivery of documents to employees, to keep a record of employees who have resigned. Offers filtering options for custom data selections and reports.

Payroll

It offers automated payroll processing in accordance with current legislation. Control mechanisms of payroll processing. Extensive parameterization allows high variability of payroll methods. Possibility of importing payroll documents from external systems, outputs for social and health insurance institutions, tax office, statistical office, reports and documents necessary for payroll processing. Automatic transfer of electronic PN data from the eServices portal of the Social Insurance Institution. Possibility to send pay slips and selected payroll documents in electronic form to employees.

Attendance

In SOFTIP HR PLUS, communication interfaces for various attendance systems used by our customers have been prepared and verified. A standard interface is prepared for communication with attendance systems, which can be adapted to the specific requirements of a particular implementation if necessary.

Extension processes for human resources management

SOFTIP HR PLUS together with SOFTIP HAPPY HR enables complex processing and management of the personnel agenda in the company's human resources management processes, thus creating a synergistic effect.

Anonymisation of data

Specialised module "Anonymisation of data", which ensures the process of anonymisation of personal data in an automated manner and allows the production of a personal data extract for the data subject.

Working time account

It enables basic recording of the working time account and the basic component of wages account if the organisation applies a working time account within the meaning of the Labour Code.

Archive

The PAM archiving service allows archiving employees with terminated legal relationships into an archive database.

Task calendar for users

Defining tasks associated with legislation, with the possibility of registering your own term tasks.

Outputs for institutions

Production of outputs according to the applicable rules for all institutions.

Press kits

Electronic documents

The application enables automated generation of employment and payroll documents with the possibility of electronic sending of employment to employees.

History and record of changes

Allows the recording of employee master data with date validity and provides reports on changes made, recording information on who and when the data was recorded or changed, the original data value, the new data value.

The application allows you to set the required access for users, The rights in the system can be defined at the level of individual applications, menus, functionality, buttons, print reports and editing options - display, correction, deletion and more.

Electronic PN

Automatic transfer of ePN data from the eServices portal of the Social Insurance Institution directly to the payroll software.
