Remote support allows you to use all the services of our consultants in the shortest possible time via remote access.
To access the application, you need a user code provided by a SOFTIP employee. The validity period of the user code is 5 minutes.
By this date, you must enter the assigned code in the input window to confirm the remote access connection. If you do not meet the deadline, a new user code must be generated. For this reason, it is not possible for each customer to be assigned a user code in advance.
