Remote support allows you to use all the services of our consultants in the shortest possible time through remote access.
To access the application, you need the user code provided by SOFTIP. The user code is valid for 5 minutes.
Within this limit, you must enter the assigned code in the input window and confirm the remote access connection. If you fail to observe the specified time, a new user code must be generated. For this reason, it is not possible for each customer to be assigned a user code in advance.
