Martin Vlčko
Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, Head of ESS Division
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Economics in Banská Bystrica. He has been with SOFTIP since 2007. From the position of an economist with a focus on controlling he worked his way up to the position of CFO. Currently he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO.
Radovan Bálent
Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors and Head of SME Division
He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava. He has been working in SOFTIP since 1993. Through the functions of a consultant and database specialist he worked his way up to the position of director of the Trenčín branch. Currently he is the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors and also the Director of the SME Division.
Ján Schwarz
Member of the Board of Directors, CTO and Director of CES Division
He graduated in image and sound technology at the Jozef Murgaš School of Secondary Education in Banská Bystrica. He has been an employee of SOFTIP since 1999. He worked as a database specialist, independent system engineer and later as head of the system services department. Currently he is a member of the board of directors, CTO and director of the CES division.
Marek Sedliak
Sales Director ESS Division
He is a graduate of the Technical University in Zvolen, in the field of automation of technological processes. He has been an employee of SOFTIP since 1997. He has worked as a specialist programmer, senior programmer and project manager with the ability to cover and solve a wide portfolio of competencies. He is currently the sales director of the ESS division.
