Based on the public procurement records, SOFTIP IPP will automatically prepare for you a plan of mandatory steps and duties necessary for the given public procurement processing (e.g. respective deadlines for submitting applications, questions or explications).

Duty calendar

All your duties will be displayed in a well-arranged calendar which is possible to connect with your Microsoft Outlook. The system will automatically add to your calendar any new duties which arise in relation to the given public procurement context (e.g. answers to candidates´ questions, candidates´ objections, etc.).

E-mail notifications

The automated JOB Manager will remind you about respective deadlines according to their fulfilment by generating and sending e-mail messages to the users responsible for given process (completion of duties). When you miss a deadline, the JOB Manager will send an e-mail to the next person in charge according to the predefined order.

Automated generation of documents and overviews

The generation of documents from model templates and forms will help you work more efficiently in the area of prescribed mode of communication with applicants, candidates or superior authorities. Printed outputs and overviews will accurately display all required information on each public procurement process according to the user criteria.
