In Slovakia, the company is represented through its subsidiary STAROPRAMEN-SLOVAKIA, s.r.o. A perfect overview of the movement and use of own assets was the main goal of the deployment of the new SOFTIP solution.
The aim was to create an integrated system that will significantly improve the quality of tracking the movement of taps in accordance with their real location at customers from the segment of hotels, restaurants and catering services. At the same time, STAROPRAMEN-SLOVAKIA needed to link its logistics processes with the registration of these devices in the fixed assets.
The result of the solution built on the SOFTIP PROFIT PLUS information system is an improvement of the registration of tapping equipment from the beginning of the contract for its installation to its completion, mutual interconnection of external web systems with customer records, or a unified base for operational and managerial reports.
