SOFTIP EZO is a web-based application for recording the purchasing process from the creation of a purchase request, its approval, through the possibility of accumulating multiple requests within the company, to the issuance of an aggregate purchase contract or purchase order, as well as subsequent tracking of their performance.
Automatic document generation
The application allows automatic printing of orders (or contracts). Just register the required data and the system will create the order with all the necessary details for you.
Easy publication of documents

All contracts and orders can be published on the web without any additional intervention or the creation of special files, which is especially appreciated by organizations that have this obligation by law.

Electronic approvals and notifications
Adaptation of the system to individual requirements through parameterization of approval processes and workflow of purchasing and ordering activities. Use email notification within the approval process to meet deadlines.
Instant overview

It allows you to create arbitrary reports over all records. You will get online information e.g. on the status of purchase work in progress in relation to the status of financial execution of contracts and orders, or budget execution, an overview of comments from the approval, history of changes to individual documents.

SOFTIP EZO is a web application in a web browser environment available to every user, divided into the following functional blocks:

Recording of orders and recording of contracts

In addition to registration, it allows printing of contracts and orders, their parameterization according to needs, as well as creating reports over individual registers.

Approval of contracts and orders

It shall be provided by authorised persons. All necessary financial information is always available online to the authorising officers.

Registers and dials

They contain data that are stable over time and are used in record-keeping activities, they have an impact on the sorting of data in spreadsheets.

System administration and management

It is used to manage user access rights and system configuration, or to administer print reports.
