Accounting

It is a central module that provides tools for performing accounting operations, including general ledger, defining accounts, registering accounting journals, creating standard as well as custom reports, creating, tracking and reporting on budget execution and spending, creating outputs to the Treasury, and more. The module provides the possibility to report general ledgers in other accounting methodologies, e.g. for a foreign owner or investor.

Suppliers

The Suppliers module handles the complex registration of supplier invoices - the invoice book, including control, approval process and posting. It provides information about paid advances, the status of the invoice approval process, the status of accounting liquidation, VAT, the status of preparation for payment, the status of the commitment, the status of matching with warehouse receipts, the status of the acquisition of fixed assets.

Saldokonto

It provides tools to record receivables and payables to the analytical accounts held in the general ledger in the accounting system. On the one hand, it aggregates receivables and payables that are the product of source records. On the other hand, it provides the source records with information on the status of receivables and payables, the accounting pre-contingency and the information necessary for the correct identification of items on a bank statement or when posting a cash payment.

Multibanking

On the basis of the registration of financial transactions generated in IS production applications, it provides information for modelling and implementation of cash flow - the flow of financial operations in the company. It provides tools for working with financial operations, which allows to influence the flow of funds in the company in a targeted way, to compare proposals, plans with the actual implementation, to determine the financial discipline in the company and business partners.

VAT

The module is intended for recording value added tax. The result of the registration is the compilation of a tax return, a supplementary tax return, a summary statement and a supplementary summary statement in the methodology valid for the relevant tax period.

Fixed assets

It addresses the issue of depreciation for recorded items of property in a tax and accounting manner. For tax purposes, seven depreciation methods can be used, which are derived from the tax law. The accounting methods are a modification of the tax methods.

Small assets

It represents a complete record of tangible fixed assets and intangible fixed assets with a useful life of more than 1 year. In the application it is possible to register and depreciate these assets in two basic groups - accounting and non-accounting (so-called operational registration).

Checkout

It is designed for automated processing of activities resulting from the management of the company treasury. It contains all the necessary information on treasury movements, both for the management of the company's financial resources and from the point of view of control.

Inventories

The module provides tools for carrying out inventories of tangible and intangible fixed assets and subsequent processing of the inventory. It supports the use of barcodes and portable terminals to obtain actual balances.

Management, processing and evaluation of sales and purchasing processes

Applications in this product area provide tools for managing, processing and evaluating sales and purchasing processes in order to efficiently manage the flow of inventory associated with those processes.

Purchase

The Purchasing module provides tools for efficient work in the area of supply, both for the assortment intended for commercial purposes and for the assortment of materials, for own consumption. To do this, it provides procedures to optimise or minimise inventories so that the customer is always satisfied. The module includes the creation of an electronic order in XML format and the possibility of electronic document interchange (EDI) with other economic systems.

Invoicing

Invoicing allows the creation of customer invoices in several ways, without a link to the primary documents, from delivery notes, purchase orders, periodic regulations or pre-invoices. The module allows the creation of documents in foreign and domestic currency with authorized conversion according to the exchange rate ticket. The sales process is supported by a comprehensive pricing solution, a system of discounts and mark-ups and tracking of financial data by customer.

Warehouse

The Warehouse module enables automated processing of the complete warehouse management agenda in accordance with the legislative environment and practice in the Slovak Republic. In terms of warehouse management, the application enables the structuring of warehouses according to types, e.g. material, commercial, complaint, inventory, consignment, etc., as well as the structuring of warehouse items into groups and subgroups. It provides various options for recording movements and tracking the current stock status. The module has a perfectly elaborated inventory process.

Transport

Transportation allows you to track the operation and evaluate the trips and performance of cars, trucks, trailers and machinery. On the basis of a daily record of vehicle performance and supplementary documents on fuel consumption, it monitors consumption and provides a basis for comparison of actual and standard consumption and a basis for the calculation of tax-recognised consumption. It provides tools for importing data to create daily records from GPS devices.

EDI solution

Solution integrated into SOFTIP PROFIT PLUS. It enables the processing and creation of business reports, confirmation reports and control reports via EDI client. The solution also provides a message archive, an overview of EDI communication and the display of messages directly in the product.

CRM

Provides customer relationship management. It provides all the necessary tools and functions needed to create and maintain a good overview of customers, from the first contact, through sales to follow-up customer care. The focus is on a proactive sales process and offers a comprehensive view of customers (online and offline) and tools for marketers/salespeople to work with prospects (leads) in real time, identify opportunities for follow-up sales and close more deals faster. The module includes, for example: ▪ leads + opportunities management, ▪ merchant activity, contact and relationship management, ▪ forecasting (forward) and sales analysis (backward), ▪ quick access to products, prices and offers. Module functionality is modifiable according to user requirements.

Customer orders

The Customer Orders module provides tools for interactive and automatic processing of orders in an individual and bulk manner, with simultaneous reservation of inventory for a specific order. The module allows import of incoming orders in TXT, XLS, XML, EDI, etc. structure.

Delivery lists

The delivery notes, as the primary document of the execution phase of the business case, form the basis for invoicing and the basis for dispensing from the warehouse.

Mobile warehouseman

Mobile warehouse is designed for automation of warehouse operations and creation of warehouse documents using a portable terminal with a barcode scanner (PDA). In connection with IS SOFTIP PROFIT PLUS it allows to streamline the process of receiving and dispensing stocks to/from the warehouse.

What would you most like to see added to the company software? Notification of holiday curtailment. The company has the right to cut the leave of its employees (under well-defined conditions). However, often when terminating an employment relationship, this action from the past is forgotten and the employee is reimbursed the balance even for those days off to which he or she is not entitled. Or, at the end of the calendar year, days of untaken leave have been carried over to the end of the calendar year.
