Accounting
It is a central module that provides tools for performing accounting operations, including general ledger, defining accounts, registering accounting journals, creating standard as well as custom reports, creating, tracking and reporting on budget execution and spending, creating outputs to the Treasury, and more. The module provides the possibility to report general ledgers in other accounting methodologies, e.g. for a foreign owner or investor.
Suppliers
The Suppliers module handles the complex registration of supplier invoices - the invoice book, including control, approval process and posting. It provides information about paid advances, the status of the invoice approval process, the status of accounting liquidation, VAT, the status of preparation for payment, the status of the commitment, the status of matching with warehouse receipts, the status of the acquisition of fixed assets.
Saldokonto
It provides tools to record receivables and payables to the analytical accounts held in the general ledger in the accounting system. On the one hand, it aggregates receivables and payables that are the product of source records. On the other hand, it provides the source records with information on the status of receivables and payables, the accounting pre-contingency and the information necessary for the correct identification of items on a bank statement or when posting a cash payment.
Multibanking
On the basis of the registration of financial transactions generated in IS production applications, it provides information for modelling and implementation of cash flow - the flow of financial operations in the company. It provides tools for working with financial operations, which allows to influence the flow of funds in the company in a targeted way, to compare proposals, plans with the actual implementation, to determine the financial discipline in the company and business partners.
VAT
The module is intended for recording value added tax. The result of the registration is the compilation of a tax return, a supplementary tax return, a summary statement and a supplementary summary statement in the methodology valid for the relevant tax period.
