SOFTIP Customer Support Centre

SOFTIP customers have the opportunity to establish a long-term relationship with us through a Service Level Agreement (SLA), which is a recurring provision of services of an agreed quality and scope. From the customer's point of view, a tailor-made SLA can be perceived as an additional value-added service that is linked to the standard services provided.

Anyone who is a customer of SOFTIP and fills in the registration form becomes a CPZ user

At cpz.softip.sk you will find the most up-to-date information on software products, including the possibility to download new versions and accompanying documentation. You can also register your problem or question about the AUV you are using and track the status of its solution.

Settings

In this section, the customer's identification data are listed, from which he can directly change the e-mail address, phone number or register a new user if necessary. Among other things, he can set the parameters for displaying individual products as well as the parameter for sending information about new products.

Problems

Entering problems related to individual SOFTIP products. Each problem is assigned an identification number and sent via e-mail to the responsible technician. The registered problems are solved by the technician and at the same time the customer is informed about the status and the solution method.

SW products

It allows you to copy upgraded versions of SOFTIP software and user programs created according to customer requirements.
