SOFTIP PROVISION is a complex information system for registration and management of the network of intermediaries and for setting, calculation and payment of remuneration (commissions). It provides a set of highly user-parameterizable algorithms that can be modified and supplemented according to customer requirements. It automatically evaluates the conditions of commission fulfillment and corrects the reward calculation retrospectively - if the facts on the already paid commission have changed.

Calculation, correction and payment of commissions

Calculated commissions allow the authorized user to manually correct the calculation, with all changes audited and recorded. Reward payments can be accumulated and paid out in a controlled manner.

Creating reports
For payout purposes, reports are generated according to predefined templates. SOFTIP PROVISIONS provides automated distribution of reports to partners or individual dealers.
Links to external IS

It can connect to any insurance, trading or banking system, from which it extracts data via an interface to evaluate conditions and calculate commissions. Data transfer and commission calculation are implemented as schedulable asynchronous processes, requiring no operator supervision.

Access for authorised users
It provides a separate user registration, with access rights management based on set roles and rights.
Reports and interfaces
The application includes overviews of records and interfaces to collaborating systems.

Rewards can be calculated daily, on any reference date.

Accurate

The delivery includes a detailed mapping of the reward system and its translation into calculation algorithms.
Once the SOFTIP PROVISION is in place, you will be assured that the rewards paid are correct and that penalties for non-compliance are applied to the vendors.

Flexible

The system provides a set of basic algorithms that can be parameterized by the operator using so-called templates and create a complex reward system tailored to each product, each sales network or individual salesperson.

The calculation is performed either immediately - on the instruction of the operator, or automatically, according to a user-controlled asynchronous process schedule.

Implementation is handled as a separate project, in the form of a "turnkey delivery". The integration to all existing information systems will be completed, the computational algorithms will be fine-tuned as well as the design and form of the IS outputs.
The optimal solution is to arrange support in the form of a separate service contract. This will set out the scope of support, its timeframe as well as billing details.
It shall be determined on a case-by-case basis. As the above features show, it is not a simple, boxed product, but a custom solution that is set up for the needs of a specific customer with integration to their existing IS.
