Thanks to user feedback, we’ve added new features that simplify the day-to-day work of payroll and HR departments, improve the system’s clarity, and introduce more automation. Today, we are therefore pleased to introduce several improvements that were developed in part thanks to feedback from our users.
Simpler Rules for Deducting Vacation Time for Absences
When processing vacation reductions, the system now takes into account the employee’s entitlement to new and additional vacation and does not allow the maximum amount to be exceeded. At the same time, the user can view the available entitlement directly during processing, which provides a clearer overview and reduces the need for subsequent manual corrections.
Automated Processing of Health Insurance Claims
When retroactively changing the health insurance percentage, corrections can be processed automatically through a simulated calculation. The program calculates the differences, performs the necessary checks, and allows them to be recorded directly in the correction log. The result is faster processing and significantly fewer manual interventions.
Company Vehicle Tracking and Automatic Calculation of Non-Cash Income
