Production plan
On the basis of the TPV and the orders received, a production plan is automatically created, which takes into account the place and time of its realization. Every single item can be independently planned and managed, from checking material availability and booking to coordinating production resources so that key capacities are used as efficiently as possible. Production can be planned from the desired start or end of a production order using production asset calendars.
Capacity planning
Capacity planning is one of the most important tools for production management. It allows you to assign a work calendar to each machine and profession. Once production orders have been scheduled, the required production capacity and available resources are recalculated, and the results can be presented for a single production resource or a selected group according to the chosen method of time accumulation. A graphical representation of the capacities is of course available.
Calculations
There is a planning calculation for business support and then for defining the cost of a production order based on the current prices of all calculation items. The calculation formulas can be varied according to the requirements in the structure of material, labour, cost of production means, various overheads and other costs. In the production process, the online calculations provide information about the actual costs and the deviation from the calculated costs. After the completion of the job, the final efficiency can be automatically evaluated.
Quality and production cost management
The prescribed quality parameters are already recorded in the technological procedure. The system contains a comprehensive record of both prescribed and actually performed quality control and quality management tasks. The output is measurement reports and the overall certification process. In case of deviations in the achieved quality, the management of non-conforming production is fully solved with the registration of the causes and consequences both in terms of costs and feedback for the updating of the production technology.
