The proof is the deployment of the ERP solution SOFTIP PROFIT PLUS and its PRODUCTION module in the Košice plant of Auguste Cryogenics Slovakia, s.r.o. It is a company with foreign participation engaged in the production of pressure vessels for storage of technical gases at cryogenic temperatures.
The new owner of the company made a clear requirement - the new information system must be operational within two months of the change of ownership. The standard deployment time for such a complex information system ranges from 4 to 6 months.
The task at Auguste Cryogenics Slovakia included migration of complete historical accounting data, migration of complete records of purchase and customer orders and stock movements since the company's inception. It was also a prerequisite to migrate the entire Technical Production Preparation (TPV) agenda to at least a live production program.
In view of the company's segment of operations, new control processes for pressure testing as well as full batching of input materials and finished products have been developed. The aim is traceability in the event of customer requirements and complaints.
