One of the important factors that made it possible for DREVONA in Malužina was the deployment of the new information system SOFTIP VÝROBA.
The complexity of individual processes was behind the decision in 2015 to invest in a new IT solution to manage the entire production cycle from order placement to customer dispatch. Without high-quality software, DREVONA was unable to garantmonitor compliance with deadlines, its dubious inventories were piling up, and the complexity of administrative and control work was also high.
The aim was to ensure reliable online communication with the sister trading company, to optimize the individual steps from order acceptance, through quality production preparation with coverage of a large variability of products, its material security to the management of the production process itself associated with the collection of important data.
