The warehouse worker verifies the items and confirms their quantity in a simple way - by scanning the barcode. The application automatically generates movements to the production warehouse system. By using barcode identification and verification, human errors are minimized. At the same time, the warehouseman has a real-time overview of the stock status of the items and their location on the storage places in the warehouse. And all this outside the production system, at any location in the warehouse.
A very interesting and original functionality is the operation of packaging components into product assemblies.
SOFTIP Mobile Warehouse also allows you to record the time duration of individual picking operations, which gives you an overview of the time consumption of operations for individual business cases. By obtaining the average picking time per item, Berndorf Sandrik can thus predict the picking time for the respective business cases.
