HR

The HR module provides registration of personnel data and employee employment relations, registration of wage and salary entitlements, the possibility of creating documents at the creation, change and termination of the employment relationship, registration of work experience and qualifications.

Allows electronic delivery of documents to employees, to keep a record of employees who have resigned. Offers filtering options for custom data selections and reports.

Payroll

It offers automated payroll processing in accordance with current legislation. Control mechanisms of payroll processing. Extensive parameterization allows high variability of payroll methods. Possibility of importing payroll documents from external systems, outputs for social and health insurance institutions, tax office, statistical office, reports and documents necessary for payroll processing. Automatic transfer of electronic PN data from the eServices portal of the Social Insurance Institution. Possibility to send pay slips and selected payroll documents in electronic form to employees.

Attendance

In SOFTIP HR PLUS, communication interfaces for various attendance systems used by our customers have been prepared and verified. A standard interface is prepared for communication with attendance systems, which can be adapted to the specific requirements of a particular implementation if necessary.

Extension processes for human resources management

SOFTIP HR PLUS together with SOFTIP HAPPY HR enables complex processing and management of the personnel agenda in the company's human resources management processes, thus creating a synergistic effect.

Anonymisation of data

Specialised module "Anonymisation of data", which ensures the process of anonymisation of personal data in an automated manner and allows the production of a personal data extract for the data subject.

What would you most like to see added to the company software? Notification of holiday curtailment. The company has the right to cut the leave of its employees (under well-defined conditions). However, often when terminating an employment relationship, this action from the past is forgotten and the employee is reimbursed the balance even for those days off to which he or she is not entitled. Or, at the end of the calendar year, days of untaken leave have been carried over to the end of the calendar year.
Part of the January legislative seminars, which SOFTIP organizes annually, is also a call "Participate in the development of our solutions", thanks to which we regularly collect new ideas for innovations to our products.
