With multiple locations and an increasing proportion of home working, digitisation of internal processes has become an opportunity to streamline HR administration and take HR processes to the next level. In line with its vision of digital transformation, it decided to implement e-signatures as a further step towards a more efficient and greener corporate administration.
Process signing employment and internal documents was in SOFTIP in the traditional paper form. It was lengthy and represented a considerable administrative burden for the HR department, the employees themselves and the managers, who are distributed all over Slovakia.
The company proceeded to implement a solution that enabled simple and secure electronic signing of documents, with the possibility of multi-level signing. The HR department gained control and visibility of the signing process, including a digital archive with controlled access.

A key step was the introduction of electronic signing of selected staff documents via the platform DocuSignwhich was integrated with the internal SOFTIP HR PLUS system.
Integration is solved via the SOFTIP application DocuSignBridge, which is a communication interface between the internal HR system and the cloud platform DocuSign operated in Microsoft Azure. This link enables secure and automated document transfer, while sensitive data remains protected within the SOFTIP corporate infrastructure. Signatories can simply sign documents via email, without the need to install additional software. The entire process is thus fully digitised, secure and user-friendly - from document creation to archiving.
The DocuSignBridge application itself is a modern solution built on a microservice architecture that ensures seamless integration between the SOFTIP HR PLUS and DocuSign systems.

The application is designed to run in a Kubernetes environment, so it can be flexibly deployed in both AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) and internal K8s or K3s environments.
The implementation of electronic signing is the next step of SOFTIP towards fulfilling the vision of digital transformation of companies in Slovakia. It shows that modern technologies can bring not only savings, but also convenience and a greener approach to business administration.

Our implementation of e-signing followed the successful SOFTIP project in Dr. Max. For us as a distributed company with nine locations, 200 experts and a centralized HR department, the benefit is enormous. The cycle of paper amendments to employment contracts or other employment documents was difficult, lengthy and inflexible. Thanks to digitalisation, we have gained convenience, speed and legal certainty. The very first activity was the change of the place of work due to moving to new premises in Banská Bystrica. This is another step towards fulfilling our vision of being a mature and modern company.
