Within the Chemosvit Group, it was necessary to create a stable, unified environment, capable of covering processes ranging from staffing planning, employee training and medical check-ups to payroll processing. At the same time, automate and simplify these processes as much as possible.
Due to the long history, the implementation needed to resolve certain non-standard requirements of the system, according to the customary practices within the individual companies, but at the same time maintain the benefits of unified inputs and outputs.
Main requirements:
Each company has its own specificities in the personnel and payroll process, which result from different collective agreements. The in-house, custom-developed IT solution ORION was to be replaced by the comprehensive payroll and HR solution SOFTIP HR PLUS and SOFTIP HAPPY HR in order to eliminate duplication of activities, increase user comfort and optimize the processes in the processing of payroll and HR agenda.
As part of the project, a separate database of all employees who worked in the individual subsidiaries of the Chemosvit and Finchem Group was completed for the customer (for the purpose of recording the time worked). The data is currently used in the payment of jubilee bonuses, severance pay and a separate supplement - the age automat.
