With such a large number of employees, moreover, stationed in different regions of Slovakia, the company faced the challenge of fundamentally changing the process of signing employment contracts, changes or amendments. The existing process was very time-consuming and logistically demanding. In many moments, it was a rush job, which overloaded the team.
The computerisation of the process of signing amendments to employment contracts and the creation of an electronic archive proved to be a viable solution. In the first phase of the project, Dr.Max focused on the signing of all types of amendments to employment contracts (e.g. change of hours, change of salary, change of variable component of salary) and various combinations of all types of amendments. Dr. Max is also currently analysing further possibilities for the use of electronic signatures in the field of employment law, also with regard to the current legislation. The key requirement was simplicity of signing and legal certainty, which was confirmed by the legal analysis. The solution was the implementation of DocuSignBridge in the cloud environment MS AZURE - Kubernetes, which enabled communication with the personnel system SOFTIP HR PLUS located in the customer's local network.
The project was carried out in parallel in two teams, which carried out work on SOFTIP HR PLUS and on the development of the new DocuSign Bridge application. Customers were impemented with a defined signing workflow - the number and order of signatories, completing the process according to the options provided by DocuSign. The following has been created connection to the SOFTIP HR PLUS HR system, which is at the start of the document, acts in the position of the IS producing documents for signature and also at the finish, the signed documents end up in it. In the framework of SOFTIP HR PLUS new services implemented for defining the data of the signatories and for defining the repository of the signed document needed in the signing process.
