A warm, welcoming atmosphere and record-breaking interest: The SOFTIP HR DAY 2026 Conference

When we launched the SOFTIP HR DAY tradition years ago, we wanted to create a space where technology meets a human touch. This year’s completely sold-out event proved to us that this approach makes sense.

Issues in modern management, legislative changes in compensation, and the ethical limits of artificial intelligence. These are just some of the key topics that were discussed during the 8th annual SOFTIP HR DAY 2026 conference. The event, which took place on May 26, 2026, at the Hotel Kaskády (Sliač/Sielnica), was sold out. This year, the professional program was also combined with a celebration of an exceptional milestone—the 35th anniversary of SOFTIP’s presence on the Slovak IT market.

The conference once again reaffirmed its status as a respected forum for leaders, HR professionals, and HR experts. However, in addition to a packed program full of practical insights, guests most highly praised something that is hard to find at technology conferences—a unique, friendly atmosphere full of „human touch.“.

The interest in the conference was evident from the fact that the conference hall was sold out.

From artificial intelligence and legislation to lessons from the highest mountains

As a long-standing expert in the digitization of HR processes with 35 years of experience, SOFTIP structured the program around real-life examples from Slovak companies and current topics in the field of HR. As a result, participants didn’t just hear theory—they took home proven, practical guidance.

The professional program provided an in-depth look at several areas of modern HR:

  • The New Role of HR in the Age of AI: Martin Klusoň (Symphera) He showed that even though artificial intelligence tools will take over administrative tasks and processes, this does not spell the end of HR. On the contrary—it opens up opportunities to „refocus“ on humanity, agility, and people’s autonomy.
  • The End of Payroll Secrecy: Lawyer Miroslava Benediková (SYNTECA) It clearly outlined the foundations for a groundbreaking legislative change. Transparency in compensation is no longer a perk but an operational necessity—companies will no longer just feel that wages are fair; they will have to be able to prove and measure that fairness in accordance with the law.
  • When technology stops being a burden: Miroslav Solárik (SOFTIP) He presented innovative projects that alleviate the daily struggles of payroll specialists and HR managers, such as constantly rewriting forms or answering the same questions over and over again.
  • Communicating Difficult Topics and Negotiation: Professional Negotiator and Mental Coach Mário Bajs He introduced techniques from the field of crisis negotiation to help manage critical conversations (from talent recruitment to layoffs).
They followed up on that Martin Strižinec and Roman Roth, who, with their unique perspective, demonstrated how to deliver difficult and transformative messages in a professional, sincere, and humane way.
  • Personal resilience and coping with constant change: Juraj Surma He examined why humanity is unable to learn from the constant nature of change and how this affects the experiences of leaders and entire teams.
  • Universal Principles of Success and Case Studies: A well-known coach and mountaineer Zoltán Demján He combined his experiences from the world’s highest mountains with 18 years of experience in top management and demonstrated the power of natural laws for sustainable self-development.
She concluded the practical aspects of HR Anna Brozák (MAXINS GROUP) with a comprehensive case study on building a functional system for international employees, from recruitment through their onboarding.

All of the topics presented and detailed speaker profiles were published on an ongoing basis on the company’s official SOFTIP's LinkedIn profile, and at the same time on the SOFTIP HR DAY 2026 conference website.

Together with the conference guests, we also celebrated the 35th anniversary of SOFTIP, a. s.

Celebrating 35 Years of Innovation and Humanity

During the event, the organizers and guests also celebrated SOFTIP’s 35th anniversary. „When we launched the SOFTIP HR DAY tradition years ago, we wanted to create a space where technology meets a human touch. This year’s completely sold-out event proved to us that this approach makes sense. Our 35-year history as a provider of comprehensive IT solutions is built on trust and innovation, but above all on people. I am immensely pleased that our guests left enthusiastic not only about the speakers’ expertise but also about the warm atmosphere they created together,“ said Martin Vlčko, CEO of SOFTIP.

All of the topics presented and profiles of the inspiring speakers—who are currently shaping the direction of Slovak business and legislation—were also posted on the company’s official LinkedIn page as they were announced.

The success of the 8th annual SOFTIP HR DAY once again demonstrated that modern HR systems (such as SOFTIP’s flagship products SOFTIP HR PLUS and SOFTIP HAPPY HR) are not just about algorithms and data, but primarily about simplifying the work of the people who create real value for companies.

For 35 years, SOFTIP has been one of Slovakia’s leading providers of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and comprehensive IT solutions. With its expertise in the digitization of HR processes, it has long been helping both Slovak and international companies streamline HR management, payroll processing, and attendance tracking through modern and flexible systems.
