The proof is SAD Dunajská Streda, which thanks to the automation of this agenda saves three days of work per month. It owes this to the deployment of the management information system SOFTIP MIS. This not only brought significant time savings, but also reduced the risk of errors and opened up new possibilities in monitoring important economic indicators.
SAD Dunajská Streda carries more than 5.5 million passengers annually in suburban transport and its 138 buses cover almost 7 million kilometres. It is obvious that with such a huge volume of data, it was necessary to change the way of preparing regular monthly reports for the Trnava VÚC, which is responsible for providing subsidies for passenger transport.
Before the introduction of the new information system, all tables were filled manually by directly entering individual items or by copying data on material consumption from warehouses and mileage by license plate number.
The monthly reports have now been simplified and automated, with data imported directly from the management information system.
In addition, SAD Dunajská Streda has the possibility to categorise the accessibility of reports and analyses for individual users more easily. Sorting can be done over the data according to different parameters in order to get up-to-date data.
