It provides staff for more than 400 clients and recruits from 9 countries, including countries outside the European Union. It was only a matter of time before it realised it needed detailed and consolidated data for its strategic decisions.

The company realized that to meet the objectives, proper and effective decision making needs first class and consolidated data.
After an extensive analysis, Manuvia, a.s. decided to choose a management information system (hereinafter referred to as „MIS“) from SOFTIP (also commonly referred to as „Business Intelligence“), which met the established criteria.
An important contribution was the consolidation of data from different sources. Manuvia, a.s. uses several information systems, there was enough data, but it turned out that reports have to be created mostly manually. For this reason, the processing of reports for the management took longer than necessary and errors were made, mainly human errors.
SOFTIP MIS helped to set up the automatic collection of data at regular time intervals and its interpretation based on a fixed logic. This enabled real-time reporting that was trusted by the company's management. SOFTIP MIS has become an integral part of the company's regular management meetings and one of the essential tools for evaluating the success of individual departments and analyzing potential problems.
