MONACO

The MONACO® system as a successor of the SYSKLASS® system is designed for fast and efficient creation of technical documentation both for production needs and for the needs of documentation archives according to ISO 900x, VDA, etc. The development of the system was based on the experience and knowledge gained over more than 30 years by more than 150 companies, mainly in the mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive, but also in the furniture and plastics industries using the predecessor of the MONACO® system, the award-winning SYSKLASS® system.

Are you preparing a lot of offers? In MONACO® you can easily keep track of individual business cases from the introduction of a request to the complete documentation for production. It allows you to calculate prices very quickly and calculates all relevant costs very accurately. The system captures the entire history of the business case. You can work with quotations anywhere in the world, you just need to have an internet connection.

Management of operations

The overall work in the technical departments, but not only in them, can be organised with the support of MONACO®. By defining a sequence of tasks and activating them, a workflow is initiated, including an approval process that you no longer have to worry about. All interventions in the documentation are recorded. MONACO® will provide you with a change log on the documentation at any time, which is created in the background.

Production

For the production itself, the key is the management of individual production orders, which has a link to the order, business functions of the enterprise information system and the possibility of custom modification of technical production preparation data for individual orders.

It contains modules for graphical classification of objects (items, documents, procedures, products, etc.) for easy retrieval. The document manager allows you to register, manage, and archive documents. Version and history storage is a native functionality.
