The eRZD application serves as a link between the existing SOFTIP HR PLUS - PAM payroll system and the new web application for employees. It is not a standalone payroll system, but rather an extension of SOFTIP HR PLUS that digitizes the collection and processing of annual tax return requests.
1. SOFTIP HR PLUS - main payroll system
SOFTIP HR PLUS – The PAM application remains the central system used by the payroll or HR department.
At PAM, the following will take place:

2. New eRZD Web Application – Employee Interface
An employee does not need access to PAM to submit a request.
They will receive an email with a personalized link that they can use to open the responsive eRZD web application on a computer, tablet, or mobile device.
In the web application, an employee:
The web application is a simple user interface for employees, separate from the internal payroll system.
Principle
SOFTIP HR PLUS PAM It remains the primary system for the payroll department.
eRZD Web Application It allows employees to fill out, sign, and submit the application.
Connection
The REST API and integration layer will transfer the data, the signed request, and the attachments to PAM.
A payroll clerk will review them, and once approved, the data from the request will be automatically entered into the RZD processing system—without the need for manual entry.
