With around 800 employees in 8 different companies, they needed a platform for transparent information sharing across the group as well as a common solution for documentation management and internal audit management. In cooperation with SOFTIP, a modern intranet on the Microsoft SharePoint platform was created.
The whole project was divided into four phases (separately for intranet, documentation management and audit management):

The first step was to create an intranet in SharePoint as a platform for sharing relevant information across the group, but also for sharing information internally within individual companies. It includes integrated functionalities that attract employees to the cloud environment and actively involve them in the day-to-day running of the company (PPA Marketplace, Write to the CEO, Incentives, Education, etc.). In addition, the intranet serves as a starting point for accessing the documentation management and internal audit management applications that were created after the implementation of the intranet.
The design of the intranet architecture and the technical capabilities of SharePoint were covered by SOFTIP, while the design modifications and the filling of the intranet with content were carried out directly by the customer after training. Subsequently, the design and proof of concept of the applications and other building blocks, consisting of solutions for documentation and audit management, testing and incorporation of all comments to fine-tune the process and functionalities of the individual applications, was carried out.
