Today, thankfully, that is all a thing of the past and employers are now able to electronically deliver documents other than payslips to their employees. Users of the information system SOFTIP HAPPY HR In addition, this is facilitated by a new service „Electronically delivered documents“, which can be implemented within the HAPPY PEOPLE HR portal.
It allows the employer to deliver defined types of documents to the employee by publishing them in the SOFTIP HAPPY HR application. The employee is informed by e-mail about the delivery of the new documents, and after logging into the application, his documents are available for download in PDF format. The documents are password protected with a pre-printed employer's stamp and a facsimile of the employer's signature.
A great advantage is that they can be sent to SOFTIP HAPPY HR automatically, directly from the PAM information system application SOFTIP HR PLUS. And we can confirm this from our own experience, as we have been using the Electronically Delivered Documents service internally at SOFTIP since last year. We are currently preparing to make available in SOFTIP HAPPY HR the possibility of electronic delivery of the request for the annual settlement from the employee to the employer.
