AI will replace humans, but it must not replace humanity. This is the new mission of HR.
AI will soon take over a lot of the work of (not only) recruiters. Maybe so much so that we'll wonder if we need another HR department. Administration and processes will undoubtedly be taken over by tools. But that doesn't mean the end of HR - it means its „refocus“. Martin Klusoň, CEO of Symphera, will show how companies like SOFTIP are transforming. This is towards humanity, individual approach, agility and autonomy of people in line with the Leadership Spiral framework. So AI can be great news for HR and employees.
Martin Kluson - CEO, Symphera
09:35 - 10:00
Personal resilience and motivation in times of constant change
Each generation thinks that the changes are faster, more fundamental, for the worse, and that things were better when we were young. And every generation is right. Anyway, the nature of the changes is consistently the same. And the personal experience is constantly the same. Why can't humanity learn from this constant, and how does it affect the survival of leaders, teams, and organizations, and how to be or even not be resistant to change?
Juraj Surma - Leader´s creator
10:00 - 10:35
When technology stops being a burden
HR departments face the same challenges every day - an employee waiting for an answer, a payroll clerk retyping forms, a consultant answering the same question over and over again. Not because people aren't working well. But because the tools just aren't enough for them. We will present innovative projects that address these everyday pains in a concrete and pragmatic way.
This presentation is not about technology for technology's sake. It's about what happens when the right idea meets the determination to make it work. And what it means for payroll accountants, HR managers and the rank and file in their day-to-day work.
11:05 - 12:30
Block 2 - Challenges for the next few years, not only in transparent remuneration
11:05 - 11:30
Pay transparency is no longer a benefit. It is an operational necessity.
For many years, we have viewed pay fairness as a sign of good company culture - something that decent employers do voluntarily. From June 2026, the rules are changing. The law doesn't ask the question of whether you want to be fair. It asks whether you can even demonstrate it. Every job offer, every contract, every wage differential between a man and a woman - it will all be measurable, auditable and sanctionable. Wage secrecy is coming to an end. We are entering an era in which it is not enough to feel that you are being paid fairly. You have to be able to prove it.
11:30 - 12:30
Panel discussion: are we ready for the coming challenges of the next few years?
12:30 - 13:30
Lunch
12:30 - 13:30
Buffet lunch in the main hotel restaurant
Hotel Kaskády is famous for its excellent cuisine. We also think about vegetarians, vegans and food intolerances.
In case you suffer from food intolerance or have dietary preferences, please indicate this in the note when purchasing tickets. This information will help us to ensure that each type of dietary preference is sufficiently catered for.
13:30 - 14:55
3. Block - Inspiration and practical ideas for every day
13:30 - 13:55
My journey
Mountaineering has taught me to be aware of the power of the laws of nature - universally valid principles that influence the outcomes of our actions and are key to long-term, sustainable success. Those same principles have helped me successfully survive 18 years in top management without consequence. The experience of the highest mountains and of top management has been the foundation of my guiding top managers on their challenging journey of self-development and the development of the companies they manage.
13:55 - 14:20
Negotiation as a skill in HR
Strategic negotiation in modern HR practice provides the tools to handle critical conversations - from recruiting key talent with high expectations to difficult terminations. Mário Bajs will present techniques from the crisis and business negotiation environments that allow to keep control over emotions and achieve set goals even in borderline situations where normal communication meets resistance.
14:20 - 14:55
Is bad news good for anything?
None of us want to be the bearer of bad news, it's just part of the craft in HR. It's not just the IT sector that's going through the transformation that we thought only a few years ago would be upon us in the next decade. How do we talk to employees about this and how do we explain it to the world out there?
Martin Strižinec and Roman Roth join forces and with their unique insight show that even unpleasant news can be delivered professionally, honestly and above all humanely.
15:25 - 17:00
