The electronification of the invoice approval process through the deployment of the new SOFTIP Approval web application has significantly shortened the invoice cycle from receipt to payment. The physical movement of documents has been eliminated and the approval process is simple and accessible from mobile devices.
INDEX NOSLUŠ is a long-standing customer of SOFTIP. The latest implementation of Approval to streamline the company's invoicing processes is another joint project.
SOFTIP Approval is an application for approving company documents, even for users who do not have access to ERP. It eliminates the circulation of paper documents, makes the approval of documents more visible and faster, which are then archived for inspection or reuse. It is also available via mobile devices.
The only physical contact with the invoice is during the initial scan and entry into the system. After that, everything is done electronically. As a result, HR now has no idea what a „lost invoice in the approval process“ is. On the contrary, everything runs smoothly so that payments can be made within a maximum of three working days. And if necessary, this time can be reduced to just a few hours.

In addition, the approval itself no longer requires the presence of an authorised person at the workplace - it is available online and via smartphone. Other advantages of the solution include the ability to define two approvers for each invoice, to load the settlement of orders from the previous invoice or to set up automatic e-mail notification for unapproved documents.
A management overview of approved invoices is of course also available. Invoice scans are stored directly in the SOFTIP Approval application, which garant ensures easy traceability according to various criteria, without the need to search through paper documents in the archive.
INDEX NOSLUŠ can also approve supplier invoices from multiple subsidiaries using a single application without the need to log in again.

What I appreciate the most is that I can approve invoices anytime and from anywhere. Even on holidays. Although, if I wanted to, I could set up my rep, but I can always find those five minutes to approve via mobile.
