We supplied Železničná spoločnosť Slovensko, a.s. (hereinafter „ZSSK“) with a smart monitoring system that enhances passenger safety and comfort. The solution provides continuous surveillance in train cars, including advanced event detection and person identification. The system also includes 7-day video recording storage with the ability to easily search and play back recordings.
Passenger safety is one of ZSSK’s top priorities. The customer was therefore looking for a modern technological solution that would enable continuous monitoring in train cars, automatically alert staff to risky situations, and provide reliable data for evaluating them.
The goal of the project was to create a centralized platform capable of monitoring security events in real time, identifying wanted individuals, and detecting incidents such as abandoned objects, calls for help, or other emergencies.
