The module extending the capabilities of the SAP Business One information system is designed for the creation of technological procedures, bills of materials with the possibility of assigning drawing documentation and tools, creation of variant and parametric documentation, generation and monitoring of work in progress of production orders, calculations, cooperation, comparison of planned and actual costs, allocation of work and production transfer with the use of barcode scanners.

Production documentation modules

Technological procedure

A list of operations that must be performed in production, defining the centre, workplace, production times, batches, inter-operation times, description of the activity and a list of the tools needed.

Drawing documentation

It provides the possibility of attaching drawings or other external Office documents (technical reports, calculations, etc.) to each item, BOM and technological procedure.

Changes

The module provides the possibility of recording changes that are made to the technical documentation

Technical price specification

Price specification in the quotation process. It offers the possibility to work also with so-called unknown items, for which the technical documentation has not yet been processed. It is not necessary to enter these items into the system data when creating a quotation. After acceptance of the quotation by the customer, the module allows to generate BOMs and technological procedures from the quotation data and only at this point the so called unknown items are entered into the system data.

Parametric and variant documentation

Possibility to work with variant and parametric BOMs, where based on the customer's required product characteristics, the module selects the corresponding product variant and calculates the amount of material required for production.

Piecework

A list of the components and basic materials of which the product is composed. Allows automated calculation of the quantity and weight of the semi-finished product based on the entered dimensions of the input semi-finished product, with conversion between dispensing and stock units of measure.

Schedule of contracts

Comprehensive overview of the coverage of sales orders by production as well as the status of individual production orders. Production orders can be generated directly from this form.

Planning contract

Comprehensive overview of the state of production of more complex products, the components of which also have to be procured in-house.

Capacities

An overview of the workload of individual workplaces, which is converted into working days, taking into account the time pool of individual workplaces.

Calculations

Possibility to calculate the full cost of production of the product and the required production capacity to ensure production for the product, for a planning or production order.

Elaboration

An overview of the production status in the form of a list of orders or a more detailed overview - a list of operations. The range of production for which we want to monitor the work in progress can be limited by specifying selection criteria (date, order, centre ...). The list contains information about the number of units produced, the time planned for production and the time already spent in production.

Labour supply

In the form of an order list or operations list, it provides the production manager with a detailed overview of which orders and items are in progress on the shop floor at any given time, which work is to be commissioned and which has already been commissioned for production, and an overview of the number of units produced. In this form, the production manager can perform all activities related to the daily management of work on the shop floor, such as entering production orders in bulk into production, printing production documentation, assigning work to individual workers, changing the workstation, shift.

Production order

It contains all the information for the production of one item in the required quantity. Each production order contains a list of components and manufacturing operations necessary for production, which have been taken from the BOM and the process flow. Directly from the form it is possible to perform activities such as print production documentation, bulk add all workers according to the current occupancy of the workstations, assign work to individual workers manually, change the shift, change the workstation on which the operation will be performed, divert finished bulk divert all operations.

Records of non-conforming products

Overview of registered non-conforming products that have been identified by the worker as possibly defective pieces, overview of confirmed non-conforming products where the control decides to repair or confirms the defective pieces as non-conforming products and assigns the worker and the centre responsible for the non-conforming product to the given record.

Receipt and dispensing of material

Movement y of production and into production. Documents that record the transfer of materials between warehouses with subsequent posting. Data entry can be done manually in the form or by reading the barcode from the material sampling form.

Diverting production

Allows the collection of data on work performed from production. The loading of the data of the operation being performed is done exclusively via a barcode, which is scanned from the operation manual. The worker enters only the time worked, the number of good pieces and non-conforming products.

Correction of deducted times

It allows the production manager to correct the times entered by the workers during production check-out and thus verify this data.

On 1 January 2018, GT Systems 2, s.r.o. and SOFTIP, a. s. merged, GT Systems 2 was dissolved without liquidation by merging with SOFTIP, a. s. The successor company SOFTIP, a. s. assumed all rights and obligations of the merged company. The employees, products and contractual relations of GT Systems 2 became part of SOFTIP, including customer care.
