The customer required a modern software solution for individual processes of organisational structure management, remuneration, approval of seniority reports and publication of internal documents in the field of human resources management. The aim of deploying the new solution was to streamline and optimize the way paper documents are processed and at the same time to implement the possibilities of their computerization.

Nowadays, it is quite natural to work with HR data both from the perspective of the entire company and from the perspective of the managers of individual departments.
