We are looking for someone who can connect people, business, and results. They understand data and processes, but also know that effective HR is built primarily through day-to-day work with managers, teams, and people.

SOFTIP is a well-established Slovak IT company with a history spanning more than 30 years. At the same time, we are currently undergoing a significant transformation—we are changing the way our teams operate, as well as our leadership, decision-making, product management, and levels of responsibility and ownership. We are therefore looking for an experienced individual to join our leadership team who will serve as a partner to the CEO, management, and employees and take responsibility for the further development of HR at SOFTIP.

What you will be working on

  • the development and implementation of an HR strategy aligned with the company's strategy and goals,
  • partnering with the CEO and management on organizational, human resources, and transformation decisions,
  • an active role in the transformation of the company, organizational changes, and the development of a new way for teams to function,
  • generational transition, succession planning, the replaceability of critical roles, and the systematic transfer of know-how,
  • the development of leadership and managerial skills at various levels of the company,
  • the development of a culture based on trust, ownership, open feedback, collaboration, and accountability for results,
  • establishing and further developing performance management, employee evaluation, and employee development,
  • talent management, career development, and working with key employees,
  • the development of recruitment, onboarding, and the entire employee lifecycle,
  • establishing and developing compensation and benefits systems,
  • working with HR data, KPIs, staffing levels, and costs,
  • the digitization of HR processes and the effective use of modern technologies and AI,
  • ensuring that HR processes comply with labor laws,
  • leading and developing the HR team.

What we expect from you

  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR management or executive position,
  • experience in developing and implementing HR strategies,
  • the ability to align HR decisions with business needs and results,
  • experience with organizational changes and change management,
  • experience in leadership development, talent management, succession planning, or performance management,
  • a good understanding of labor law,
  • the ability to work with HR data, KPIs, and planning,
  • experience in recruiting specialists and managers,
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills,
  • English, intermediate (B2)
  • Group B VP
  • Independence, initiative, and the ability to see a change through from concept to completion.
