For our customers, an IT consultant is the expert they turn to when they don't know what to do with our products. He is a proficient user of our software who can quickly orient them in the issues and advise them. He also cooperates with our analysts and programmers, so he is not alone on „customer puzzles“. 

What you will be working on

We are currently looking for IT consultants to join several of our teams, each focusing on a different area, so you can choose which one is close to your heart:

 

  • Personnel and payroll
    Superstructure modules personnel portal, training, evaluation, recruitment
  • Logistics - delivery notes, invoicing, warehouse, purchasing, orders
  • Economics - accounting, incoming invoices, communication with the bank, VAT and reporting

 

You can work at one of our SOFTIP workplaces with occasional home office. If you have a request for remote work, this is for an individual conversation. However, we prefer the first three months of adaptation to take place at one of our workplaces.

What will be your role in the team

  • you will provide consultation and expert advice to customers in your area of expertise,
  • you will provide customer service according to your focus,
  • you will deal with customer requests remotely or by personal visit (these are no longer frequent, but occasionally a customer has a request for a personal visit)
  • you will train customers on the product you will be assigned according to the area you choose - experienced colleagues will explain everything to you and we will be happy to support you with training to enhance your presentation skills
  • You will work with fellow analysts and programmers to identify and resolve bugs
  • you will test our solutions and implement them at the customer's site
  • you will contribute to the development of specifications and user documentation - for example, user manuals
  • you will be educated in legislation in your area of expertise.

What knowledge do we expect from you

In this position we can also imagine a smart junior who is eager to learn. A proactive approach and a willingness to self-study are important - there are things where colleagues can guide you, but you have to learn it yourself (e.g. legislation). If any of these are your strengths, this will be to your advantage.

 

  • Knowledge and experience in any of the areas we have named at the beginning of the advert, 
  • Make full use of your communication and presentation skills - communication should be fun
  • Customer orientation
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel
  • You will need logical and analytical reasoning in your work
  • At least basic technical and IT knowledge will help you
  • Other personal qualities include: responsibility, independence, willingness to work in a team, ability to handle stressful situations, good organisational skills, willingness to learn
