Effective January 1, 2027, the Cloud Enterprise Solutions (CES) division of SOFTIP will be transformed into a standalone specialized company within the SYNTECA Group under the new brand ELYVYN, while maintaining close cooperation with SOFTIP in serving both existing and new customers. The new company will be led by Ján Schwarz.
For existing customers, there will be no changes to service continuity, project teams, service availability, or agreed commitments. The transformation is an organizational step within the SYNTECA Group aimed at strengthening specialization in cloud services while preserving close collaboration with SOFTIP on complex projects.
Cloud technologies are currently among the fastest-growing segments of the IT market. Companies and public sector organizations are increasingly migrating their systems, data, and services to the cloud to enhance flexibility, security, scalability, and readiness for modern technologies, including artificial intelligence. This is why cloud services have become one of the key strategic priorities of the SYNTECA Group.
“Cloud services are no longer just a technological trend; they have become a fundamental prerequisite for the digital transformation of organizations. Within SOFTIP, we have successfully built an exceptionally strong cloud division in a highly dynamic market and amid intense competition from both local and global players. We want to continue developing these capabilities and bring our unique expertise to the widest possible range of customers,” said Branislav Šebo, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SYNTECA.
The creation of ELYVYN is a natural outcome of the long-term growth of cloud competencies within SOFTIP and at the same time creates room for their further development within the entire SYNTECA Group. The new company will specialize in cloud solutions and services with the ambition to further strengthen its expertise, innovation and ability to implement complex projects for both private and public sector customers. At the same time, ELYVYN remains closely linked to SOFTIP. The expert teams and all existing projects continue uninterrupted and customers can continue to count on continuity of service.
“Our colleagues at ELYVYN will remain in our shared offices, and all existing services will continue to be available without interruption. Partnerships, technological capabilities, and cloud services will continue to be developed across the Group so that customers can keep benefiting from the shared know-how and close partnership between SOFTIP and ELYVYN,” said Martin Vlčko.
SOFTIP remains a stable partner for customers in the field of enterprise information systems, ERP, HR solutions, business intelligence, manufacturing and self-management solutions. Thanks to the close relationship with ELYVYN, it will be able to continue to link its application know-how with cloud, security and integration expertise within the Group SYNTECA.
