Eva Lobellová became the SOFTIP Personality of the Year 2024
Evka has been an integral part of our team for more than 25 years. In that time she has worked her way up through the ranks - from clerk, receptionist and assistant to her current role as HR specialist. Interestingly, in addition to the demanding HR agenda, she still handles the tasks of receptionist and assistant with a smile, but most importantly, she remains the person everyone can turn to. Evka is not just a colleague. She is the soul of our company.

The best project of the year 2024 was the comprehensive information system for PROPLUSCO
The award in the Best Project category went to the delivery of a complex information system for the PROPLUSCO recruitment agency under the leadership of experienced project manager Jana Holbíková.
The project was carried out in two phases and included a complete replacement of the personnel and payroll system. The new solution now covers all key processes - from recruitment and HR data management, through payroll calculation to invoicing.
„Today, job placement and software are inextricably linked. Modern technology has long since become an active partner, rather than a tool for recording data. They can speed up recruitment, make processes more transparent, minimise the risk of errors. That is why it is important for recruitment agencies to work with solutions that allow them to focus on the most important thing - people,“ said the project manager Jana Holbíková.
