Martin Vlčko He joined the company in 2007 as an economist with a focus on controlling. Since 1 January 2012 he has been the Chief Financial Officer and since 2 May 2012 he has been a member of the Board of Directors.
„He has a wealth of experience and excellent qualifications to further develop SOFTIP and bring it successfully into the era of artificial intelligence. I am optimistic because there is an excellent team here, which naturally includes young people and new, innovative ideas,“ concluded Dušan Guldan. „I would like to thank all my colleagues and co-workers for giving me the opportunity to work for so long in a company that has become my second family. That is why I am happy to see that SOFTIP has a future ahead of it.“
Dušan Guldan joined SOFTIP in 1994 as Director of Strategic Customer Sales. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer since May 2, 2012. He remains on the company's Board of Directors as a member of the Management Board.
As of 1 January 2025, only the status of the members of the Board of Directors will change, while the persons acting on behalf of the company will remain unchanged. In addition to Martin Vlček, who is the new Chairman of the Board of Directors, Radovan Bálent (formerly a member of the Board of Directors) has become the new Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.

SOFTIP was founded in 1991. For 33 years on the market it has become one of the most important Slovak companies in the segment of development and provision of IT solutions for the corporate sector and public administration. It cooperates with world technology leaders such as SAP and Microsoft, who have repeatedly ranked it among their best partners in the CEE region. In 2024, SOFTIP was even one of the finalists in the global competition Microsoft Partner of the Year. In addition to Slovakia, it operates in more than twenty other countries around the world. In April 2024, SOFTIP became part of the international group SYNTECA.
