The SOFTIP Personality of the Year 2020 is Martin Božko, an ever smiling and positive systems engineer who has been defending SOFTIP's colours for almost 25 years.
„The system builder is at the beginning of the company's functional chain. Only when they have everything done, everything is working and they have a clean desk, then other colleagues can develop their activities,“ explained Martin's close associate Ľubo Koščák one of the reasons why „Mr. Božko“ should become a SOFTIP Personality.
Martin is especially popular among his colleagues because of his cheerful nature, which is far from introvert. At the same time, he is a person who puts a lot of effort and energy into newcomers, he is helpful and helpful in the adaptation process. And Martin gives back to his colleagues by saying, „Having a job as great as mine is not such a problem. But to have so many real friends in it, that's the biggest win.“
The award for the Best Project of 2020 went to SOFTIP HAPPY HR for Aircraft Repair Plant Trenčín. The project, the aim of which was to replace the paper form of document circulation for selected processes of the human resources management department with electronic processing, was part of a large complex solution for this customer.
Thanks to the SOFTIP HAPPY HR web application, the HR department has a functional tool for electronic communication. „We enjoy the little things, because when we look back we find out that they were not little things but big things,“ said the head of the SOFTIP HAPPY HR Competence Centre, Iveta Koterbová.
