SOFTIP The Three Kings evening run through the centre of Bystrica was attended by almost 900 runners

For the second year in a row, the global pandemic has postponed the date of the traditional Three Kings Evening Run in Banská Bystrica. However, the date at the end of March attracted many running enthusiasts who did not miss the unique opportunity to run around the historic centre of the city.
Exactly 5 390 metres long track through the evening streets of Banská Bystrica attracted 846 competitors to the start in the postponed date.
Four riders on this course fit under seventeen minutes and the top three were even within eight seconds of each other. The first to cross the finish line was Peter Ďurica from Run for Fun. With a time of 16 minutes and 31 seconds he beat Michal Mojžiš from AK Zdravie v movement Lučatín by five seconds. The third man at the finish line was Peter Kováč from Run for Fun (0:16:39).

Among the women, the fastest were the representatives of the athletics club Zdravie v mhybe Lučatín. Silvia Valová was the first to finish in a time of 18 minutes and 41 seconds. A minute after her (0:19:54) Kristína Resslová also crossed the finish line. Lucia Pivarčiová came to the finish line in third place in twenty minutes.
