SOFTIP donated computers to an elementary school. They will help in computer science education

Thirteen PC sets with monitors and accessories were donated by SOFTIP to the Moskovská Primary School in Banská Bystrica, which is mainly profiled in the field of teaching foreign languages and computer science with an emphasis on the introduction of modern technologies into teaching.

„Supporting education in the field of digital skills is one of our long-term goals, so we are very pleased that this particular venture is among the first of thirty charitable acts that SOFTIP is celebrating the 30th anniversary of its founding,“ said Martin Vlčko, a member of the Board of Directors and CFO of SOFTIP.

The school will use the used and still very powerful computer sets mainly in the split lessons of computer science and foreign languages in the new classroom set up for this purpose. We hope that the donated computers will make the children's return to school more enjoyable and help them to continue their successful studies. After all, who knows, maybe among the little students of computer science sit future programmers or systems engineers.
