Ján Schwarz became a new member of the Board of Directors of SOFTIP

As of 7 July 2025, Ján Schwarz, Technical Director and Director of the CES Division, became a new member of the SOFTIP Board of Directors. He succeeded its long-time chairman Dušan Guldan in the company's highest governing body.

Ján Schwarz has been working at SOFTIP since 1999. Like Dušan Guldan, Martin Vlčko and Radovan Bálent, he is one of the key managers of the company, who are behind its successful development and expansion not only in Slovakia, but also abroad. Thanks to him, the Slovak producer and supplier of enterprise software has become a respected partner and holder of several important certificates and Awards from global leader Microsoft.

Dušan Guldan left the company at the end of last year after more than three decades in management as its CEO. He has now decided to end his tenure on its board of directors.
