It employs 180 experts stationed in 9 workplaces throughout the Slovak Republic. The introduction of the new SOFTIP HAPPY HR information system immediately brought several benefits to the company, but mainly to its employees and managers.
What is the holiday balance? Which benefits am I entitled to? Do we have enough certified people for the project? Many of these and similar questions have to be addressed by our HR specialists on a daily basis. SOFTIP has developed cutting-edge human resources management software. So why not deploy it „at home“?
In the first phase, we deployed the ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE and HAPPY PEOPLE HR portals, making it easier to approve holidays from your mobile phone and enter them into your Outlook calendar, update personal data remotely, and make it easier for employees to navigate through the organisational structure and roles with specific responsibilities and competencies.
Vacation management has become a great advantage. Each employee can see via a central calendar whether or not his colleague has a holiday or when it is scheduled. Thanks to this, we no longer have conflicts related to substitutions or during periods such as Christmas holidays...
In the next phase, the EDUCATION module was added. This allows for more efficient organization of training, its evaluation, as well as orientation of our employees in the training offer. Everyone can find exactly the training activity that interests them or is necessary to increase their qualification. Simply sign up for it and, after approval and subsequent completion of the course, evaluate its quality using an automatically delivered questionnaire. At the same time, he will find an overview of all the training courses he has attended and the certificates he has obtained in one place. This also makes life easier for our HR managers. They can immediately see which employees have what training and can plan upskilling activities for them.

SOFTIP HAPPY HR also includes functionality for tracking the deadlines of various activities to be performed periodically by employees. For example, they are legally required to undergo medical examinations and HSE training, but there are also activities that have been determined by the employer beyond the law - such as in our case driver training, ISO standards, etc. The EDUCATION module automatically notifies our HR specialists of the end of their validity and, thanks to a clear calendar or automatic generation of the attendance list, also facilitates their planning and organization.
Another advantage of the application is that selected information, previously available only to HR managers, can be made available to other employees of the company. In addition, company management has access to enhanced information about their subordinates, including overviews of their education or certificates. If necessary, they can easily filter suitable candidates to ensure requirements, activities and work on ongoing or planned projects.
