Without unnecessary errors

 

There is a procedural setup of the payroll calculation to make it as optimal as possible, yet correct and free of unnecessary errors. It is possible to adjust its individual parameters. The work is also simplified by bulk pre-filling of payroll items into the calculation, or importing directly from files (txt, xls formats). After such preparation, it is enough to start the bulk calculation and then create ready reports to check the correctness of the input and calculated data.

In the case of a mass or interactive payroll calculation, the software checks its compliance with the applicable legislation (e.g. compliance with FPDM, calculation to MM, entitlement to tax bonus, limits and thresholds for social insurance and health insurance, tax entitlements, calculation of priority and non-priority deductions,...).

Data retention is ensured by a monthly shutter, which can also be triggered repeatedly by the user. Changes in already closed months are performed by means of a simulated calculation. The financial differences detected are then settled in the next payroll.
