Salary

1500 - 2400€/month + year-end bonus, the actual amount of the basic salary will be adjusted in accordance with your professional experience, knowledge and skills.

We are looking for analysts to join a number of our teams who will be good partners for our programmers and other analysts. It's important to bring a willingness to learn and analytical experience that you will develop further with us.

What you will be working on

Here are the areas you can work on, you only need to choose one:

  • Personnel and payroll
    Superstructure modules personnel portal, training, evaluation, recruitment
  • Logistics - delivery notes, invoicing, warehouse, purchasing, orders
  • Economics - accounting, incoming invoices, communication with the bank, VAT and reporting
     

You can work at one of our SOFTIP locations, use a hybrid work model (up to 40/60), or work from home by mutual agreement. However, we would be happy to have you at one of our workplaces during the adaptation period (3 months)

What will be your job

  • you will analyse customer requirements,
  • you will prepare functional and technical specification of the proposed solutions,
  • You will create and extend the data model, design screens in line with customer requirements and prepare test scenarios including test execution,
  • You will estimate the workload of individual requirements and collaborate in their implementation,
  • You will design new functionality and identify opportunities for SW product development,
  • You will be involved in implementing changes and analysing the impact of changes within existing SW,
  • You will monitor legislation in your area of focus and analyse legislative changes to incorporate them into your existing application.

What we expect from you

We are looking for new colleagues of varying seniority - we welcome you to join us with similar experience to draw on.
 

  • that you already bring practical experience of designing information systems,
  • you know how to navigate in relational database environment (MS SQL, Oracle),
  • that you know or will learn SQL language,
  • that you know or will learn UML and how to use UML modeling tools (Enterprise Architect),
  • that you have analytical skills, logical and creative thinking,
  • Knowledge of SW products in the area you would like to work in is also an advantage - e.g. HR, payroll, HR, logistics, economics
  • We also welcome knowledge of English (at least passive), but it is not a requirement
