We encourage our customers to contact us on a priority basis through the Customer Support Centre (CSC). You can also register your problem or question about the product you are using and track the status of its resolution.
CALL CENTRE
In response to the latest anti-epidemiological measures associated with the strict curfew from 1 January 2021, the Call Centre Line (048/43 58 600) has been replaced by mobile phone lines.

MICROSOFT TEAMS
For remote communication and collaboration, we recommend using the Microsoft Teams application. Teams is part of Office 365 or Microsoft 365. Therefore, if your organization has a license for these packages, you already have them automatically. You just need to start using them. WE HELP YOU TO FILL IN THE STATEMENT FOR THE FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION
The Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic has launched the First Aid for employees, entrepreneurs and tradesmen who can contact the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic at www.pomahameludom.sk apply for an employment maintenance allowance. In order to make this process as simple and fast as possible for our customers, we have incorporated a new form in the PAM application of the SOFTIP HR PLUS (or SOFTIP PROFIT PLUS) information system, which allows you to easily generate data for filling in the mandatory application supplement „Statement for the granting of the financial contribution“. All related details are given in Customer Support Centre (CPZ) in the application cover letter.
