At our March seminar we jointly discussed the topics of modern human resources management in the Slovak Post environment. We discussed electronic travel orders, electronic PN, personnel controlling, possibilities of introducing artificial intelligence into HR processes or further automation of payroll. We also presented the planned transition to the latest version of the system SOFTIP PROFIT PLUS version 11 and shared their experiences and requirements.
We ended the meeting with an inspiring and very open discussion - just like the one we have been having with the Slovak Post for years. There is a great and professional team working on the Slovak Post side. It is these mutual conversations that are the source of many innovative ideas for which we are very grateful.
And not to be short of symbolism, the seminar was held 26 March - on the day when SOFTIP celebrated 35 years old. Celebrate a birthday together with a partner with whom we have walked side by side since 2004? That just counts. Thank you Slovak Post for your long-standing trust. It is both a commitment and motivation for us to continue the same high level of cooperation in the future.
And we are already looking forward to our next meeting together - this time at 8th SOFTIP HR Conference, which will take place May 26 at the Cascades Hotel, where we invite all our customers and partners.
