Payroll and HR

Payroll and HR SOFTIP

Few areas affecting the functioning of a company are as complicated as human resource management. Constant legislative changes, exhaustively defined employer's obligations with fixed deadlines for their fulfillment, or the threat of sanctions in case of leakage or misuse of personal data... These are all reasons why it is essential to have a tool that garantuje comprehensive and automated management of this agenda to the maximum extent.

The Payroll and HR module is part of the information system SOFTIP HUMAN RESOURCES PLUS. It offers three basic headings, which include:

  • personnel statistics, i.e. the recording of basic data,
  • daily attendance register for a complete and detailed record of working time,
  • payroll.

The master data is the basis

The basic record in the Payroll and HR application is the Tribe, where all the necessary data concerning the employee and his/her legal relationship is recorded. The individual data are recorded in such a way that their logical continuity is not broken. When registering an employee, it is ensured that the correctness of the birth number is checked, as this is key information in the outputs to social security institutions. The correct entry of master data is facilitated by dials which can be set as required.

The employee's master data can be entered in such a way that its correct temporal validity is maintained. The basic breakdown is:

  • Personal data - DDS, SDS, pensions, eligibility for foreigners' insurance in the Slovak Republic, or EU insurance registration, among other things
  • Data relating to the legal relationship of the employee - it is important to assign the correct type of legal relationship (employment relationship, employment contract, managing director...), the type of income (regular, irregular), or the exception for social insurance relating to the agreement on temporary student work (DBPŠ) using the codebook. The application will check the individual data, ensure the correctness of the reporting obligation to the institutions and also guarantee the legal correctness of the payroll calculation itself. It is possible to have multiple legal relationships for one employee. The PAM application will also determine the holiday entitlement in the event of the establishment of an employment relationship, including the reduction of the holiday entitlement in the event of the limit of missed days being reached.

Predefined forms

User forms can be used to create all the necessary working documents (employment contract, supplement to employment contract, material liability,...). The forms themselves can be created using Microsoft Office or Open Office.

Other necessary outputs for HR and payroll are documents resulting from the employee's legal relationship. The PAM application offers them in one place. These are, for example, the pension insurance record sheet (ELDP), the employer's confirmation for unemployment benefit purposes, the income certificate and others.

Parts of Payroll and HR

  • HR - registration of basic personnel data, which can be operatively output to the screen in the form of lists and reports, or printed in the form of print reports, form documents with a link to Microsoft Office or Open Office.
  • Daily attendance - complete records of time worked and time not worked with detailed specification.
  • Payroll - the calculation of income from employment and other activities for all known methods of remuneration throughout the range of issues and in full compliance with the legislative environment and practice
